This is a basic step towards improving your environmental performance.
Simply work through the 2 sections (see the headings across the top of the form under 'Commit'). If you answer 'no' to a question, then use the guidance notes, examples and templates provided to help you.
There's a template available for each document that you need to submit - customise, brand etc these however you wish. You can create your own documents if you prefer, but make sure you read the requirements of the Standard carefully to ensure your work complies.
You'll soon be ready to submit your application for assessment.
